Aimed at the Private landlord who prefers to manage their own accounts and arrears etc but would like consistent professional help with inspections/ finding new tenants and potentially maintenance.

What’s Included

  • 4 x (3 monthly) inspections.

  • Provision of a pdf digital report within 5 days

  • Meets the legal requirement of management for overseas landlords


Pricing

• A one off yearly fee of $450 + GST
 

Optional Extras

  • Maintenance Management (additional 10% added to invoices). Quotes provided first.

  • Casual letting service for Auckland - $450 +GST
