Mature Shared Living

It is becoming increasingly difficult for a retired or part time mature person to afford a rental home on their own in Auckland . The quality of those homes available doesn't always provide for healthy living . The health of our mature population should be a priority at this time of life. We are providing a large bedroom in a house of 4. People will be vetted for their suitability within a household i.e. women, men, couples etc. You will need to be fairly outgoing as the living spaces are shared. Some rooms will have their own bathrooms. The rent will be inclusive of power, water, internet and a weekly cleaner and fortnightly gardener. The homes will be insulated, heated, single level within short walking distance of transport and shops. The shared living spaces will be furnished along with a fridge and washing machine. Help will be provided to transport your own bedroom furnishings to the house at no cost. We are looking for healthy, mobile individuals who get along socially with most and are happy to sign a 3-6 month contract to start. Rent will need to be paid by direct debit. Reference and credit checks will apply. Please expect a short waiting time to secure the house and the right amount of tenants.
