I have a passion for property - born from growing up on building sites and stemming from my personal interest in Interior Design and background in Maintenance. I studied Management in 1994 and for 6 years managed Events for Auckland City Council and Waitakere City Council. Following on from extensive travel I returned to NZ to become a landlord myself. I saw the corroboration of my employment history in the position of a Property Manager. 

I learnt the ropes at a Real Estate company, then acquired a portfolio with Property Management Direct which I moulded into good shape before the company was sold on.  I have learned a lot about the industry on all levels and I'm ready to implement good quality standards into our fledgling company. I want to be available on all levels to offer advice and experience and nurture my clients investment to achieve the best result.

Employment Opportunities

I started out the hard way at a Real Estate company on the phone creating contacts and collecting properties to form my own portfolio. Its not easy, but with good determination and attitude it can be done. I have almost reached my portfolio capacity and would now be willing to teach somebody ready to start on that same level . Basic requirements would be living in Auckland, a computer with unlimited wifi, a good vehicle and good communication skills. Initially commission based with bonuses.
