When a full property inspection is ordered first we can provide a detailed digital report to all our clients outlining the wear and tear on the home, what needs immediate repair, what to save for in the future, and what improvements could bring in more rent.

All properties need maintenance.  Some issues cost less to deal with immediately - for example water damage. Remember, all housing materials degrade - you should take note of how old your chattels are and when they will need replacing especially when looking to purchase a rental property. This will help you plan your expected expenditure each year and for the term of your investment.

Tenants require a healthy, safe home. If the home you rent out is executive quality - Tenancy Court will likely advise upkeep of that same quality as well. Another point to remember - no matter what the rent is tenants are not expected to live in an unhealthy or especially unsafe home. So instead of losing rental income keep on top of it. We offer experienced advice and always consider the landlord in the process.

With gold tier management, organising maintenance is included in the management fee - so no further costs! We can however, provide casual maintenance services for bigger jobs and with expert project management even for clients who choose to manage their own properties.
